Shipping Policy

COVID-19 Shipping Update: Please note that due to current COVID-19 shipping volumes, the shipping providers we use (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) are experiencing longer than usual processing and shipping times. If your package appears to be lost in transit or misdelivered, please allow a 5-10 business days for us to confirm with the shipping provider that your package is not arriving and for a replacement order to be placed.

Project Nursery orders are shipped Monday through Friday. We make every effort to fulfill our orders promptly and ship in-stock items within 3 business days. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday. In the event of a delay, we will notify you via email or phone.

Items that are shipped directly from our vendors may have a longer processing and ship time. Please refer to the production and shipping times on individual product listings for details.

Larger items such as furniture, if ordered with other items, will arrive separately. Delivery information can be found on the product detail pages for items which require customization, are handmade or other specialty items. We regret that we are unable to ship to PO boxes.

We are not responsible for the delivery of shipments to shipping locations/stores, shipping warehouses, freight forwarders or other similar locations. We will not provide refunds for shipments to these locations that have been confirmed as delivered by the shipping provider (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).

We are not responsible for delivery delays due to shipping delays with carriers, including weather, delivery locations being inaccessible, packages that were delivered to the incorrect address, or other unforeseen circumstances. While we do our best to ship your item in a timely manner, we do not have control over your delivery once it is in the hands of the carrier. We do not offer refunds for items that experience delivery delays. 

Packages that are missing in transit or that are confirmed as delivered by the shipping provider, but have not arrived will be offered a replacement. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to determine your shipment is indeed missing or undelivered before a replacement can be provided. In the case that a replacement is not available, store credit will be issued.


The Project Nursery Shop has partnered with a trusted third-party company, to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply place any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the "international checkout" option. The items will automatically be transferred to the GlobalShopexcart. Please note that certain items may not apply. You may pay with international credit cards, PayPal and bank wire transfers. GlobalShopex will process your payment and guarantee delivery. Once your order is complete, all inquiries should be directed to GlobalShopex at or (786) 391-4868.

Thank you in advance for understanding that we are not responsible for delays by customs, or other circumstance that may delay your order. Please be assured that your order is very important to us and we will ship to your doorstep as soon as possible!



We do not offer rush shipments at this time. You can, however, email us at to see if we can accommodate urgent gift needs. We will try our best to make it happen.



Project Nursery offers free shipping on select items and accessories. Items marked with our Free Shipping Blue Truck Logo or items that live in our Free Shipping Collection ship free as your first item only. Additional items in your order may result in a shipping fee. Orders mixed with items that ship free and items that have a shipping fee will result in the lowest combined shipping fee. Free shipping does not apply to international orders at this time.



Items that are on back order will be shipped when they are received back in stock. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email or phone.



Please note some items require special delivery fees. These are flat fees and are not in addition to regular UPS, FedEx or USPS carrier fees. These fees are clearly identified on products pages as White Glove, Threshold or Oversized. All shipping methods are subject to change based on item and current availability. You will be contacted via email if your chosen method of shipping is not available.

White Glove: items will be delivered and unpacked in your home, business or apartment building. Light assembly will be completed and all packaging materials will be discarded for your convenience. 

Threshold: items will be delivered to the nearest ground-level entrance of your home, business or apartment building.

Oversized: items require oversized package or liftgate and will be delivered to the nearest ground-level entrance of your home, business or apartment building. 

Please note that additional shipping costs for orders to Alaska and Hawaii may apply. We recommend emailing for a shipping estimate before placing your order.



Select cribs, bookcases and dressers are delivered with “White Glove” treatment, which means hand-delivered and assembled in your home. These items are noted on the product detail page. White Glove availability is subject to change, based on your location and current safety standards.



Taxes are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized on the shopping cart order page. Taxes are charged in California and New Jersey as required by law.
