We know parenting hours are not 9-5. It can be hard to squeeze in a call to customer service during family prime time, which is why we try to have the easiest return process possible. Please note: If you are looking to return a Project Nursery electronics product, jump ahead to our "returning electronics" instructions below.
You can manage your return online yourself online 24 hours a day just by clicking on our returns page. All you need to do is enter your order number and/or email and you will see all of the items that you ordered. Next to each one, you can see our return policy for that particular item. Just the click the items you want to return or exchange, tell us what you want to do and why it didn't work out. Our system will automatically let us know and you will receive an email with our approval and the status of your return without having to log back in to view.

RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY
If an item is damaged during shipping, please notify us immediately at email@example.com. We will gladly accept returns of defective merchandise within 7 days of receipt of goods if there is an issue with the product.
For unused/undamaged items, we will accept returns for up to 30 days from the date of shipping within the original packaging in tact and original tags. Please allow 5-10 business days to process your return once it has been received.
Please note that not all items are eligible for return or exchange or may have a shorter return period apply. You can find return details on each product listing. If no return details are noted, our 30-day return policy may apply.
Non-returnable and non-refundable items include:
- Items marked as not eligible for return or exchange
- Sale items ending in .95
- Personalized items
- Area rugs (Some exceptions apply)
You can easily see if an item that you purchased is returnable by entering your order number and email address in the order look up box below. The items you ordered will appear and you will see our return policy on each item in the column to the right of the product description. If a product is eligible, you can quickly and easily click to return the item right from that page.

SHIPPING RETURN POLICY & CONDITION OF ITEMS
We are happy to refund or exchange any unwanted items within 30 days of shipment (assuming they meet the criteria listed above in our Return & Exchange Policy).
All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging and accompanied a return approval number.
All items will be inspected upon arrival at the return address and evaluated for condition before a refund is processed.
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach the return address. Please ensure your package is returned securely to prevent any damage to the item or its packaging. Tracking is highly recommended. Any returns that are damaged when we receive them will not be refunded. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
Please note that we do not refund delivery fees or original shipping charges.
