RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY
If an item is damaged during shipping or in production, please notify us immediately at email@example.com. Damage claims must be received via email within 5 business days of the item being delivered. Damaged items will be replaced, not refunded.
Wallpaper and/or wall decal orders that have experienced damage during shipping or production, misalignment or other production-related issues must be reported to Project Nursery within 10 business days of your order's arrival. Damaged, misaligned or misprinted wallpaper and decals will be offered a replacement only.
Some items are not eligible for return or exchange. Please see return and exchange options available on individual product listings. If no return details are listed, the item is likely eligible for return or exchange.
Any return details listed on individual product listings override the return policy listed here.
To initiate a return, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the details of your return. You will be reached within 24 hours with return approval. Any items that are returned to Project Nursery or our vendors without prior return approval will be denied.
Items that are eligible for return or exchange must be in their unopened original packaging in new, resellable condition. Items, particularly bedding and soft goods, that have been removed from their original packaging may experience an additional restocking fee. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your item.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. Project Nursery is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
An $8 restocking fee will apply to all returns and will be reflected in your refund. This restocking fee will be waived if you choose to receive store credit.
Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Please allow 5-10 business days for your return and refund to be processed once it has been received. Returns to our vendors may experience longer return processing times.
Please note that not all items are eligible for return or exchange. Some items may have a shorter return period apply or an additional restocking fee that may apply.
Non-returnable and non-refundable items include:
- Items marked as not eligible for return or exchange
- Sale items ending in .95
- Personalized items
- Area rugs
To initiate a return or to confirm that your item(s) is eligible, please email us at email@example.com. Kindly include your order number, item for return or exchange, and reason for your return.
To initiate an electronics return request, please fill out our Electronics Contact Form. Our Electronics Care Team will contact you within 48 business hours. You can also reach them directly via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 844-393-7338.
If an electronics item is damaged during shipping, please notify us immediately using the contact information above. We will gladly accept returns of defective merchandise within 7 days of receipt of goods. For unused/undamaged items we will accept returns for up to 30 days from the date of shipping.
All returns must be packed in the original packaging and include any original documentation.
Order cancellations may be possible if you reach us within an hour of your order being placed. If your order has already been produced, processed or shipped, a cancellation will not be possible.
Wallpaper and wall decal orders are not eligible for cancellations.
Furniture orders that have been on backorder or pre-order may not be eligible for a cancellation due if they are already in the process of being shipped. Please allow 24 hours to determine if your order is eligible for cancellation.
SHIPPING RETURN POLICY & CONDITION OF ITEMS
We are happy to refund or exchange any unwanted items within 30 days of shipment (assuming they meet the criteria listed above in our Return & Exchange Policy).
All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging and accompanied a return approval number.
All items will be inspected upon arrival at the return address and evaluated for condition before a refund is processed.
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach the return address. Please ensure your package is returned securely to prevent any damage to the item or its packaging. Tracking is highly recommended. Any returns that are damaged when we receive them will not be refunded. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
Please note that we do not refund delivery fees or original shipping charges.
