Project Nursery orders are shipped Monday through Friday. We make every effort to fulfill our orders promptly and ship in stock items within 3 business days so they are received within 3-10 business days. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped on Monday. In the event of a delay, we will notify you via email or phone.
Larger items such as furniture, if ordered with other items, will arrive separately. Delivery information can be found on the product detail pages for items which require customization, hand making or other specialty items. We regret that we are unable to ship to post office boxes.
Domestic Shipping Charges
We are happy to offer free ground shipping within the continental United States on all merchandise orders over $100* (excluding furniture items, gift wrapping and taxes). For orders less than $30, there is a delivery charge of $6. For orders $30-$100 their is a delivery charge of $10 for USPS ground shipping.
The Project Nursery Shop has partnered with a trusted third-party company, GlobalShopex.com to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply place any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the "international checkout" option. The items will automatically be transferred to the GlobalShopexcart. Please note that certain items may not apply. You may pay with international credit cards, PayPal and bank wire transfers. GlobalShopex will process your payment and guarantee delivery. We do not offer RUSH shipments at this time. You can however email us at email@example.com to see if we can accommodate urgent gift needs. We will try our best to make it happen.
Items that are on back order will be shipped when they are received back in stock. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email or phone.
Some over-sized items such as furniture require an additional freight charge. These charges are clearly noted as “White Glove” or "Threshold" delivery on each of our product pages and during the checkout process.
Select cribs, bookcases and dressers are delivered with “white glove” treatment, which means hand delivered and assembled in your home. These items are noted on the product detail page.
Taxes are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized on the shopping cart order page. Taxes are charged in California and New Jersey as required by law.
Customer Service - We're here to help you with returns.
We know parenting hours are not 9 - 5, and it can be hard to squeeze in a call to customer service during family prime time, which is why we try to have the best and easiest return process. You can manage everything yourself online 24 hours a day just by clicking on our return page. All you need to do is enter your order number and/or email and you will be able to see all of the items that you ordered. Next to each one you can see our return policy for that particular item. Just click items, tell us what you want and why it didn't work out in simple clicks. Then our system will automatically let us know. And you will receive an email with our approval and the status of your return without having to log back in to view.

Return & Exchange Policy - It's simple and easy!
If an item is damaged during shipping, please notify us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will gladly accept returns of defective merchandise, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of goods if there is an issue with the product. For unused/undamaged items we will accept returns for up to 30 days from the date of shipping. Any price differences will be charged or credited. Certain items in the shop are not returnable or refundable, these products are sale items ending in .99 or marked as such in the product description and personalized items. Furniture, area rugs, paint and editor's deals are not returnable or refundable. All items marked not returnable or refundable are not eligible to be returned under our 30 day return policy. You can easily see if an item that you purchased is returnable by entering your order # and email address in the order look up box below. The items you ordered will appear and you will find what our return policy on each item is in the column to the right of the product description. If a product is eligible, you can quickly and easily click to return the item right from that page.
Shipping Return Policy & Condition of Returned Items
We are happy to refund or exchange any unwanted items within 30 days of shipment. All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the return approval sheet given by email from Project Nursery. Items must be returned in their original condition, which includes any tags and packaging. We do not accept returns on intimate apparel, customized items or any item that specifies it is not returnable or refundable in its description such as furniture and editors' deals unless they are faulty. All items will be inspected upon arrival at the return address. Returned items are your responsibility until they reach the return address, so please ensure your package is returned securely to prevent any damage to the item or its packaging. Any returns that are damaged when we receive them will not be refunded. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error. We will refund items but we do not refund delivery or shipping charges: this includes charges for express delivery and for sending your return back to us.
